My family really enjoys this recipe, especially during the hot summer months when I am looking to make food that doesn't require the use of a oven. If you own the Tupperware gelatin mold, you can certainly place it in that.
Egg Salad Mold Recipe
6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 small box lemon gelatin dissolved in 1/2 cup boiling water
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup celery, chopped
1/3 cup onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Dissolve gelatin (jello) in 1/2 cup boiling water. Stir in the cream cheese and mix well. Slowly add the rest of the ingredients, stirring between each addition. Pour mixture into the Tupperware Jel-Ring Mold, seal and refrigerate for 3-4 hours before serving. This is great served with your favorite crackers.
