Recently I had the opportunity to try out Coco Joy Pure Coconut Water and I'm excited to share my experience with all of you. This coconut water has no added sugar, no preservatives and is not made from a concentrate! You can drink it straight from the package or mix it with other things.
Coconut water is known to be packed with nutrients, but not many people know that it is loaded with electrolytes that not only keep you hydrated, but generate energy in the body. Some even use it as a supplement to energy and sports drinks as it is all-natural as opposed to the artificial flavors and additives commonly found in soft drinks. Add some coconut water to a smoothie for an extra boost of energy.
I decided to sample the coconut water straight from the can for my first time. I have to admit...straight from the can was okay but I much preferred it chilled and in a glass of crushed ice. Sorry, I like my beverages very cold. One of the things I absolutely love about this coconut water is that it's only 58 calories per serving and one serving is 8.3 fl. oz. That's great for those of us who are watching our weight or who have dietary restrictions.

I received a coconut water sample in a monthly healthy foods box subscription that I won but I am saving it since it fits so well in my purse! Can't wait to try it since I love all things coconut. I bet it tastes great in smoothies.
I have tried coconut water before and I like to add it especially to,fruit drinks or smoothies. I can also add it to chocolate desserts. I know that it is good for me.
