I love milkshakes but I don't like all of the calories that are typically associated with a good homemade milkshake. A few years ago I came up with this recipe to make homemade Pineapple Milkshakes and my family loves them!
Low-Cal Pineapple Coconut Milkshake Recipe
1 cup cold skim milk
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
1/2 cup canned crushed pineapples (chilled in refrigerator)
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
1 to 2 packets Splenda
In a blending container combine together all of the above ingredients and process until smooth. Serve immediately in chilled glasses. Makes 1 1/2 servings.
