Here is a great recipe that was shared with us by our great friends over at Omega Juicers to make their delicious Peach Mango Banana Smoothie which is the perfect "cool me off" fruit smoothie recipe for the dog days of summer! With it being the middle of July, I am certainly ready for some cooling off!
This recipe will make 2 servings.
Peach Mango Banana Smoothie Recipe
1% or 2% Low fat Milk, 1 cup
Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt, 6 oz
Fresh or Frozen Mango Chunks (sliced, peeled, and pit removed), 1 cup
Fresh or Frozen Peaches (sliced, peeled, and pit removed), 1 cup
Banana, fresh (pealed), 1 medium
Directions: Add milk, yogurt to the Omega Blender. Add fruit and blend to desired consistency. Enjoy!
