Easy To Make 24 Hour Omelet Breakfast or Brunch Recipe

This is a great recipe to make for breakfast or for brunch and makes for a hearty meal to begin your busy day with. In our family this is a favorite recipe with both the kids and adults. This is one of those recipes you can prepare the night before, refrigerate it and then bake it in the morning. Delicious!

24 hour Omelet Recipe

9 slices of bread, cubed
1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
1 1/2 cups sharp cheese, shredded
9 large eggs beaten
3 cups whole milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Layer ingredients into a sprayed baking pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered for 1 1/2 hours in 325 degree oven. Serves 12.
