This is a great veggie dip recipe but it also works well with chips, crackers and pretzels too! Once prepared, refrigerate it for a few hours to allow the flavors to infuse together. If you like a lot of garlic flavor in your dips, you can increase the garlic powder to a 1/2 to 3/4 of a teaspoon.
Garlic Vegetable Dip Recipe
12 oz. cottage cheese
1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons 2% milk
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion salt
Blend all ingredients together in a blender or with mixer until smooth. Serve chilled with vegetable tray or snack tray.
