Easter comes early this year on March 23rd. Every year my family looks forward to my Honey Glazed Ham. This recipe is super simple to make and is delicious! If oranges aren't your thing, you can substitute with pineapple pieces. We enjoy making this holiday ham for our Easter and Christmas dinners every year. It is a family favorite!
Honey Glazed Ham Recipe
1 large ham
2 large oranges, sliced
1/2 cup prepared mustard
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons orange juice
whole cloves
Score the top of your ham after baking it for 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Insert orange slices and cloves. Mix the remaining above ingredients together in a medium sized bowl and pour the glaze mixture over top of the ham. Continue to baste your ham every 20-30 minutes with the juices until its done. (this will depend on how big your ham is).
